What we do
Santander InnoVentures is a $200 million corporate venture fund. SIV invests in start-ups in FinTech and adjacent verticals to accelerate their growth, support great entrepreneurs and teams, and support them with the capital, scale and expertise of the Santander Group.

Our investment philosophy
We are not a passive investor. Our investments will have a sound financial case, but also a clear vision on how we can help your start-up grow and scale.
Our value proposition
We play at the convergence of many ecosystems that entrepreneurs can use to thrive: we are a natural gateway to Santander’s 140 million clients and dozens of business lines for commercial engagement, collaboration and co-creation. Our portfolio ecosystem provides role models of successful entrepreneurs to compare notes on growth strategy, recruiting, governance, etc. And over the years, we have co-invested with over 70 VCs across the world that we can warmly activate to support your next phase of growth.
SIV lives and breathes start-ups and financial services. Partnering with us means having access to world-class industry experts and getting a senior sponsor to help you extract as much strategic value as possible from our team.
We’ve deployed multiple financial products and services many times across business and geographies, so SIV know how to do it well. Our technology team can give you the technical support to guarantee the integration and scalability you need to be a feasible component of a major banking platform.
